With 30+ years of experience in the animal health and pet lifestyle industry, Doug’s passion for pet care runs as deep as his track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and platforms for businesses in the pet industry.

As the co-founder of White Dog Labs, Doug knows firsthand the challenges business owners face. His superpower? Identifying complex problems and building simple, effective solutions that help pet businesses survive and thrive.

And, when he’s not helping pet businesses grow, Doug’s probably cheering on his favorite team. War Eagle!
Jessy

Jessy Vaughn

Co-Founder & Vice-President
With nearly a decade of experience specifically working with veterinary practices, Jessy’s background in digital strategy and marketing has been instrumental in the growth of numerous pet-related businesses.

As the driving force behind White Dog Labs, Jessy’s background in digital strategy and marketing has been instrumental in developing winning digital strategies for more than 150 veterinary practices and pet centers, helping 120+ new websites go live in her wake.

Her “superpower”? Finding harmony amidst the chaos—a skill she’s mastered while juggling her career and her full-time job as a mom to three energetic bundles of joy. And, just like her love for pets, her enthusiasm for making businesses thrive is boundless.
Kolby

Kolby Joyce

Senior Account Executive
After years of advising marketing agencies as a talent consultant, joining White Dog Labs was a dream come true—the chance to work daily with a team he already loved. As a business owner specializing in immersive drone production and an expert in all things digital marketing, Kolby brings a unique blend of creative vision and strategic expertise to the veterinary and pet business space. His cross-industry background helps ensure the best pet care options are easily found by the families who need them most. Armed with a Master's degree in business with a focus on sustainability and an undergraduate degree in psychology, Kolby has a toolkit that might seem unexpected—until you see how perfectly it works.

He uses that psychology background just as much as the business degree, understanding what makes teams tick and clients connect. His superpower? Perspective—and having a good time while bringing it. Kolby excels at seeing solutions from angles others miss, all while keeping the process enjoyable and energizing.

When he's not helping get tails and butts indoors, you'll find Kolby mountain biking, snowboarding, camping, or enjoying anything outdoors. At home, his Australian Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix and three cats keep him plenty busy—and remind him daily why this work matters.
Kerry

Kerry Mienie

Senior Account Executive
Kerry brings a blend of structure, creativity, and people skills to every project. She works closely with clients and the WDL team to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented seamlessly, from managing content calendars and social media platforms to supporting cross-team deliverables.

With a strong foundation in project support and operations, Kerry bridges the gap between strategy and execution. Known for her professional yet approachable style, she ensures projects run smoothly behind the scenes while remaining a trusted, client-facing partner.

Outside of work, Kerry enjoys boxing as a form of balance and focus, as well as hiking and exploring the outdoors with her daughters.
Katie

Katie Brown

Account Executive
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Katie brings a global perspective and a passion for connecting with people to her role at White Dog Labs. After graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in International Business and Spanish in 2023, she moved to Costa Rica, where she spent two years teaching English and building meaningful cross-cultural connections. Now based in New York City, Katie brings her love of people, organization, and storytelling to her role as an Account Executive at White Dog Labs. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys exploring her new neighborhood in Brooklyn and spending time with her cat, Lucy.
Megan

Megan Joyce

Senior Designer
With over 15 years of experience spanning museum exhibit design, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development, Megan brings a unique breadth of expertise to White Dog Labs. A proud Georgia Tech graduate with a B.S. in Industrial Design, she combines creativity and strategy—bringing both sides of the brain to every client project.

Before joining White Dog Labs, Megan built a proven track record at large digital marketing agencies, helping businesses grow through thoughtful, results-driven design and strategy. Today, that same blend of analytical thinking and creative vision helps pet care businesses thrive online.

When she’s not working on client accounts, Megan enjoys riding her horse, Freyja, and taking her dog, Siggi, along for trail adventures.
